Writer, WWE - NXT | 12/2020 – 01/2022
A creative storyteller who played a part in planning, coordinating, producing, and writing all the storylines and character developments that go into WWE's television show, NXT. Also played the role of project manager for WWE's Creative Services Department, coordinating all of WWE’s Creative projects for the NXT brand.
Conceptualized, strategized, wrote, and developed the storylines, characters, and feuds that play out on the live weekly national broadcast, NXT, averaging about 700,000+ viewers per week.
Managed all of WWE's creative projects on the NXT brand. Including managing all talent logos, branding initiatives, merchandising concepts, creative assets, pay-per-view names, and event names.  
Lead Writer, Director, and Producer for all NXT backstages, off-site tapings, and vignettes.
Team lead for WWE's Props Department, coordinating all of the props and staging elements that go into NXT's weekly television episodes, pay-per-views, backstage vignettes, and social media shoots.
Team lead for WWE's Legal Department, coordinating the legal clearance process for all NXT talent names, event names, t-shirt slogans, merchandising concepts, and custom WWE art.
Built relationships with NXT talent to create storylines based upon their real-life stories and personalities that play out in the form of compelling storylines on television.
Directed, wrote, and/or produced segments that have accumulated 10 million+ views on WWE’s YouTube and social media accounts.

Served as a member of a 5-person writing team that plans, coordinates, produces, and writes all the storylines and character developments that go into WWE's weekly television show NXT.
Played a part in conceptualizing and developing the storylines, characters, and feuds that play out on the live weekly national broadcast, NXT.
Assisted with the direction and production of vignettes, promos, and backstage segments.

Successfully launched WWE's Creative Services Department on-site at the WWE Performance Center.
Accomplished 40+ original branding concepts for individual talent in three weeks upon starting before NXT launched on USA Network as a live episodic television program.
Managed Creative Services projects through all phases of inception, design, approval, and production.
Established and maintained professional relationships with talent to create and sustain brand aesthetics, logos, style, costuming, etc., and translated that into merchandise.
Worked directly with the VP of Creative Services, Creative Directors, Project Managers, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Executive Staff to ensure talent direction is well-represented in the creative process.

Served as the company’s lead graphic designer on all initiatives with creative clients ranging from local political candidates to globally recognized brands.
Spearheaded Puerto Rico Strong project creating a website, logos, and coordinating events to raise money for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. The project raised over $100,000 in relief funds.
Lead web designer for Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson's campaign website, who successfully won his reelection in 2018.
Served as social media admin and content creator for Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, offshore wind energy company Deepwater Wind and more.
